Bouncing Back

November 30, 2008

How many times have I done this? :)

What’s up, everyone? *smiles* I was unable to keep in touch with a lot of people during the past few months due to a heavy, tiring schedule. Although this is still the case now, I’m going to keep this blog updated on a more regular basis.

Honestly, expressing what my mind has to offer on this blog is what I’ve missed for the past few months, for I was confined to the things I must give attention to, such as academics and student council activities. A lot of issues arose externally and internally. Many things happened, from falling in love to falling out of love to falling in love once again. Still, I’m fortunate enough to gradually piece myself again into a single, living entity.

Expect better posts this time, I guess. :) Lesser spur-of-the-moment and random posts. Every post will be crafted in an obsessive-compulsive manner. Kidding. No more posts regarding heartbreaks, I hope. I’m cynical about love and I want to put a stop to it as soon as possible. LOL. More posts about politics, economy and anything about the current issues crowding the newspaper sheets and television screens.

As another semester opens itself for me, The Buzzerbeater officially bounces back now. Give me some cheers as I re-enter the court. :)

Doors

Which door: the one already closed or the half-open one?

In this world, it’s always nice to have a home, where one could find his shelter in times of extreme weather conditions and fatigue. Your home will definitely remain as the stronghold of one’s emotions, a place where acceptance is a norm in spite of the innate human trait called imperfection.

What if you have to leave that home because they don’t want you to stay?

You And Me – Lifehouse

November 9, 2008

Whoa. It’s been a long time since the last update.

Due to several things bugging my mind, I don’t know what to write about. The previous semester that I had was the best and the worst for me, and writing everything here would cost me a lot of time. In due time, I’ll make kwento rin on this blog, hoping to post a more personalized entry in the next few days or months. :)

But as of now, I guess I have to do this stuff. Shoot. Everyone will discover how old I am because of the songs included in my playlist. LOL.
